4. We should receive final balances by 31 days prior to arrival date; failure to pay may be considered, as a cancellation and cancellation fee would apply.

Cancellation Policy for Hotels in Ngwe Saung Beach:
1. Up to 61 days prior to arrival No cancellation fee.
2. From 60-46 days prior to the arrival 15% of each cancelled room / night.
3. From 45-31 days prior to the arrival 50% of each cancelled room / night.
4. From 30-16 days prior to the arrival 75% of each cancelled room / night.
5. Within 15 days prior to the arrival 100% of each cancelled room / night.
